17.— Section 29(1) (amended by section 15 of the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 ) of the Act of 2003 is amended by substituting “subsection (1) or (2) of section 15 or (1) or (2) of section 16” for “ section 15 , or subsection (1) or (2) of section 16”. |
