3.— The following provisions are repealed: | |
(a) section 5 of the Presidential Establishment Act 1938 ; | ||
(b) sections 46 (6) and 57 (2) of the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act 1961 ; | ||
(c) the Pensions (Abatement) Act 1965 . |
