Amendment of section 5(1) of Act of 1991.
65.— Section 5(1) of the Act of 1991 is amended—
(a) in paragraph (a), by substituting “2 or more years of service” for “five years’ service or upwards”, and
(b) in paragraph (b), by substituting “2 or more years of service” for “five or more years of service”.
