Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2012

Amendment of section 3 of Principal Act.

4.— Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (2), by inserting “(or, in the case of regulations under section 11E, the Authority)” after “the Minister”,

(b) in subsection (3), by deleting “(other than a regulation referred to in subsection (4))”, and

(c) by deleting subsection (4).
