I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 30 (2) of the National Sports Campus Development Authority Act 2006 (No. 19 of 2006) and the Tourism and Sport (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions Order 2011 (S.I. 140 of 2011) (as adapted by the Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 141 of 2011 )), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Sports Campus Development Authority Act 2006 (Form of Vesting Order) Regulations 2012.

2. A vesting order to be made by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to vest land in the National Sports Campus Development Authority pursuant to sections 7 (8) and 30 (1) of the National Sports Campus Development Authority Act 2006 (No. 19 of 2006) shall be in the form specified in the Schedule.

National Sports Campus Development Authority Act 2006

VESTING ORDER

1. This Order may be cited as the National Sports Campus Development Authority Act 2006 (Vesting) Order 2012.

2. The land described in the Schedule (and shown outlined in red on the maps annexed to this Order) shall, on the day of 2012, vest in the National Sports Campus Development Authority for all the estate and interest of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine therein but subject to all trusts and equities affecting that land subsisting and capable of being performed.

The purpose of these Regulations is to prescribe the form of the vesting order for the transfer of land from the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to the National Sports Campus Development Authority pursuant to section 30 (2) of the National Sports Campus Development Authority Act 2006 .
