S.I. No. 383/2012 - Microenterprise Loan Fund Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th October, 2012.

I, RICHARD BRUTON T.D., Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Microenterprise Loan Fund Act 2012 (No. 31 of 2012), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Microenterprise Loan Fund Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012.

2. The 30th day of August 2012 is appointed as the day upon which the Microenterprise Loan Fund Act 2012 (No. 31 of 2012), shall come into operation.
