I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (2) of the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012 (No. 28 of 2012), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012 (Operational name of Authority) Order 2012.

2. The name Quality and Qualifications Ireland is specified for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 8 of the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012 (No. 28 of 2012).
