4. Section 2(1) of the Principal Act is amended in the definition of “special contributor” (inserted by section 13 of the Social Welfare Act 2011 ) by substituting the following for paragraph (b): | ||
“(b) to whom paragraph (b) of section 13(4A) applies;”. |
