Social Welfare and Pensions (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013

Amendment of section 129 of Principal Act

33. Section 129 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by substituting “not exceeding 6 years” for “of 6 years”, and

(b) in subsection (4), by substituting “70 years” for “67 years”.
