Amendment of section 31 of Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 | ||

1. Section 31 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 is amended— | ||
(a) in subsection (5) by substituting the following paragraph for paragraph (a): | ||
“(a) A housing authority shall, in accordance with regulations made for the purposes of this section, not later than the date prescribed by the Minister for the purposes of this subsection, make a scheme (in this Act referred to as a ‘rent scheme’) providing for the manner in which rents and other charges referred to in subsection (3) shall be determined.”, | ||
and | ||
(b) in subsection (6)— | ||
(i) by deleting paragraph (b), and | ||
(ii) in paragraph (e), by deleting “the cost of providing social housing support and”. |
