22.— Unless the context otherwise requires, a reference in this Act, in any other enactment, in any statutory instrument made under this Act or any other enactment, or in any contract, to—
(a) the Board shall be construed as a reference to the Directorate, and
(b) the chief executive officer shall be construed as a reference to the Director General.
