Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013

Amendment of section 15(2) of Courts Act 1991

20. Section 15(2) of the Act of 1991 is amended—

(a) by substituting “€15,000” for “£5,000”, and

(b) by substituting “€30,000” for “£10,000”.
