Amendment of section 39 of Act of 2012

56. Section 39 of the Act of 2012 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) by designating the section as subsection (1), and
|
|
| |
(b) by inserting the following after subsection (1):
|
|
| |
“(2) An application under subsection (1) shall be on notice to the specified debtor and each specified creditor.”.
