Transfer to network company | ||

16. On the network transfer date— | ||
(a) Schedule 1 has effect, with respect to the transfer of assets, licences, rights and liabilities of BGÉ, and of Gaslink, specified in the network transfer plan, to the network company, and | ||
(b) Schedule 2 has effect with respect to the transfer of staff of BGÉ and staff of Gaslink specified in the network transfer plan, to the network company. |
