Amendment of section 7 of Principal Act.

3.— Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended—
|

(a) in subsection (2) by deleting paragraph (a), and
|
|
| |
(b) by substituting the following for subsection (4):
|
|
| |
“(4) Nothing in this section shall be read as affecting—
|
|
| |
(a) the application of section 34(1)(i) to appointments to which this section applies, or
|
|
| |
(b) the operation of Part 7A.”.
