Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 22nd January, 2013.

I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (No. 44 of 2012), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (Part 6) (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 18th day of January 2013 is fixed as the day on which Part 6 of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (No. 44 of 2012) shall come into operation.
