I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the European Communities Act 1972 (No. 27 of 1972) and for the purpose of giving further effect to Council Regulation (EC) No. 881/2002 of 27 May 2002¹ as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1187/2012 of 11 December 2012² , hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) (Amendment) Regulations 2013.

2. Regulation 2 (amended by the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2011 ( S.I. No. 415 of 2011 )) of the European Communities (Restrictive Measures against Certain Persons and Entities Associated with Usama bin Laden, the Al-Qaida Network and the Taliban) Regulations 2006 ( S.I. No. 186 of 2006 ) is amended—

(a) in paragraph (cl), by the deletion of “and”,

(b) in paragraph (cli) by the substitution of “30 June 2011¹⁵⁴ ,” for “30 June 2011154.”, and

(c) by the insertion of the following paragraphs after paragraph (cli):
