The Government, on the request of the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2013. | ||
2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht conferred on him— | ||
(a) by or under the Acts specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order, | ||
(b) by or under the provisions of the Acts specified in Part 2 of that Schedule, and | ||
(c) under the Regulations specified in Part 3 of that Schedule, | ||
are delegated to Dinny McGinley, Minister of State at the Department of Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht. | ||
