Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th March, 2013.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (1) of the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012 (No. 35 of 2012), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012 (Establishment Day) Order 2013.

2. The 25th day of March 2013 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012 (No. 35 of 2012).
