Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st May, 2013.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (3) of the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 (No. 9 of 2007), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 17th day of May 2013 is appointed as the day on which section 5 of the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2007 (No. 9 of 2007) comes into operation.
