I, JAMES REILLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2009 (No. 5 of 2009) (as adapted by the Health and Children (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 219 of 2011 )), having complied with subsections (4), (7) and (13) of that section, with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Professionals (Reduction of Payments to Consultant Psychiatrists) Regulations 2013. | ||
2. These Regulations shall apply to payments in respect of services rendered by a consultant psychiatrist to or on behalf of the Mental Health Commission. | ||
3. The amount of a payment that shall be made to a consultant psychiatrist in respect of a service referred to in Regulation 2 from the date of the making of these Regulations shall be as set out in the Schedule. | ||
4. The Health Professionals (Reduction of Payments to Consultant Psychiatrists) Regulations 2010 ( S.I. No. 473 of 2010 ) are revoked. | ||
