S.I. No. 419/2013 - Teaching Council Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2013.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 8th November, 2013.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Teaching Council Act 2001 (No. 8 of 2001) (as adapted by the Education and Science (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 184 of 2010 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Teaching Council Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 28th day of January 2014 is appointed as the day on which section 30 of the Teaching Council Act 2001 (No. 8 of 2001) comes into operation.
