S.I. No. 463/2013 - Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013 (Part 7) (Commencement) Order 2013.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 6th December, 2013.

I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013 (No. 32 of 2013), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013 (Part 7) (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 3rd day of December 2013 is appointed as the day on which Part 7 of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013 (No. 32 of 2013) shall come into operation.
