S.I. No. 512/2013 - Wheatfield Prison Partial Closing Order 2013.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd January, 2014.

I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (1) of the Prisons Act 1933 (No. 51 of 1933) (as adapted by the Justice and Law Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 138 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Wheatfield Prison Partial Closing Order 2013.

2. The part of Wheatfield Prison outlined in red on the map in the Schedule, situate at Cloverhill Road, Clondalkin, in the county of Dublin shall be closed on and from one oclock in the morning of 19 December 2013.
