S.I. No. 541/2013 - Further Education and Training Act 2013 (Property Vesting Day) (No. 2) Order 2013.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd January, 2014.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 47 of the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 of 2013), hereby make the following order:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (Property Vesting Day) (No.2) Order 2013.

(2) In this Order “ section 47 ” means section 47 of the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 of 2013).

2. The 1st day of January 2014 is appointed to be a property vesting day for the purposes of section 47.

3. (1) City of Dublin Education and Training Board is designated for the purposes of section 47.

(2) The property specified in the Schedule is designated for the purposes of section 47.
