Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (7) of section (1) of the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 (No. 27 of 2013), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2013.

2. The 2nd day of January 2014 is appointed as the day on which section 29 of the Electoral, Local Government and Planning and Development Act 2013 (No. 27 of 2013) comes into operation.
