4. The following enactments are repealed: | ||
(a) section 43 (2) of the Criminal Justice Administration Act 1914 ; | ||
(b) section 195 of the Criminal Justice Act 2006 ; and | ||
(c) Part 3 of the Fines Act 2010 . |
