2. In this Part— | ||
“Act of 2007” means the Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2007 ; | ||
“Act of 2008” means the Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2008 ; | ||
“Act of 2013” means the Social Welfare and Pensions (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013 ; | ||
“Principal Act” means the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 . |
