Amendment of section 21 of Act of 1992
22. Section 21 of the Act of 1992 is amended—
(a) in subsection (2) by the insertion of the following paragraph:
“(g) such person having relevant experience in relation to radiological protection as the Minister shall appoint.”,
and
(b) by the deletion of subsection (6).
