Dissolution of bodies

43. (1) Each of the following bodies is dissolved:
|
|
| |
(a) the Human Rights Commission;
|
|
| |
(b) the Equality Authority,
|
|
| |
and each of those bodies shall be referred to in this Act as a “dissolved body”.
|
|
| |
(2) This section shall come into operation on the establishment day.
|
