35. (1) Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited, known in the Irish language as Cuideachta Forbartha Aerfort Neamhchustam na Sionna Teoranta, shall be re-named as, in the English language, Shannon Commercial Enterprises Limited, or in the Irish language, Fiontair Thráchtála na Sionainne Teoranta. The company shall amend its memorandum and articles of association to reflect this change of name.
