Amendment of section 47A of Act of 1970 | ||

3. Section 47A (as amended by section 5 of the Health (Alteration of Criteria for Eligibility) Act 2013 ) of the Act of 1970 is amended— | ||
(a) in paragraph (b), by deleting “by him or her”, and | ||
(b) by substituting “58, 58A or 58B” for “58 or 58A”. |
