Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015

Auditor acting where ineligible

124. (1) No person shall act as auditor of an ICAV if ineligible for appointment to the office.

(2) If a person acts as auditor of an ICAV when ineligible for appointment, the person commits a category 2 offence.
