Valuation (Amendment) Act 2015

Amendment of section 29 of Principal Act

15. Section 29 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsections (1) and (3), by substituting “revision manager” for “revision officer” in each place where it occurs, and

(b) in subsection (2) —

(i) by substituting “40 days” for “28 days”, and

(ii) by substituting “revision manager” for “officer” in each place where it occurs.
