Short title, collective citation and commencement | ||

46. (1) This Act may be cited as the Valuation (Amendment) Act 2015. | ||
(2) The Valuation Acts 2001 to 2014, section 16 of the Health Service Executive (Financial Matters) Act 2014 , section 12 of the Water Services Act 2014 and this Act may be cited together as the Valuation Acts 2001 to 2015. | ||
(3) This Act shall come into operation on such day or days as the Minister may appoint by order or orders either generally or with reference to any particular purpose (including in respect of a particular valuation order or part thereof) or provision and different days may be so appointed for different purposes or different provisions. | ||
(4) Subsection (3) is in addition to the provision made by section 14 with respect to the commencement of the amendment to which that section relates. |
