Sport Ireland Act 2015

National anti-doping organisation

41. Sport Ireland is designated as the national anti-doping organisation for the State and shall perform the functions and obligations of such an organisation referred to in the following:

(a) the World Anti-Doping Code;

(b) the UNESCO Anti-Doping Convention;

(c) the Irish Anti-Doping Rules.
