Panels to be established by the Director | ||

101. The Director shall establish a panel of suitable persons willing and able to act as— | ||
(a) decision-making representatives for relevant persons in the circumstances to which section 38 (7) applies, | ||
(b) special visitors, | ||
(c) general visitors, and | ||
(d) court friends. |
