S.I. No. 149/2015 - Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2015.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th April, 2015.

I, JAN O’SULLIVAN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 28 (2) of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011) and following consultation with the Data Protection Commissioner, hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2015.

2. The following persons stand prescribed for the purposes of section 28 (1) of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011):

(a) the Central Applications Office (Universities and Other Education Institutions);

(b) the Child and Family Agency;

(c) Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora.

3. The Student Support (Amendment of Second Schedule) Regulations 2013 ( S.I. No. 157 of 2013 ) are revoked.
