S.I. No. 415/2015 - Sport Ireland Act 2015 (Establishment Day) Order 2015.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd October, 2015.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 of the Sport Ireland Act 2015 (No. 15 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Sport Ireland Act 2015 (Establishment Day) Order 2015.

2. The day appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Sport Ireland Act 2015 (No. 15 of 2015) is 1 October 2015.
