S.I. No. 499/2015 - Companies Act 2014 (Section 580(4)) (Revocation) Regulations 2015.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th November, 2015.

I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 and 580 (4) of the Companies Act 2014 (No. 38 of 2014), for the purpose of revoking certain regulations, hereby make the following regulation:

1. This Regulation may be cited as the Companies Act 2014 (Section 580(4)) (Revocation) Regulations 2015.

2. On the making of these Regulations, the following Regulations are revoked—

Companies Act 2014 (Section 580(4) Members’ Voluntary Winding Up Report) Regulations 2015 (S.I.. No. 217 of 2015).
