Treatment benefit - amendments | ||

9. The Principal Act is amended— | ||
(a) in section 21(1)(e), by the insertion of “, treatment benefit” after “paternity benefit” (inserted by section 3 ), and | ||
(b) in section 138(2) (amended by section 11 of the Social Welfare and Pensions (No. 2) Act 2009 )— | ||
(i) by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (a): | ||
“(a) dental treatment;”, | ||
and | ||
(ii) by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (b): | ||
“(b) optical treatment and appliances;”. |
