Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th January, 2016.

I, HEATHER HUMPHREYS, Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the National Cultural Institutions (National Concert Hall) Act 2015 (No. 44 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Cultural Institutions (National Concert Hall) Act 2015 (Establishment Day) Order 2016.

2. The day appointed as the establishment day of the National Concert Hall is 1 February 2016.
