S.I. No. 41/2016 - Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th February, 2016.

I, ALAN KELLY, Minister for the Environment Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 (No. 50 of 2013), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 1st of February 2016 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 (No. 50 of 2013) shall come into operation:

(i) section 19

(ii) sub sections (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8) and (9) of section 28

(iii) section 30

This Order brings into operation sections 19 , section 28 (sub sections (1) to (9)) and 30 of the Water Services (No. 2) Act 2013 .
