S.I. No. 44/2016 - Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (Section 145(2)) (Relevant Jurisdictions) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th February, 2016.

I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 145 of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (No. 2 of 2015) and being satisfied as to the matters specified in that subsection (2), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (Section 145(2)) (Relevant Jurisdictions) (Amendment) Regulations 2016.

2. The Schedule to the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (Section 145(2)) (Relevant Jurisdictions) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No.371 of 2015 ) is amended by inserting, after the item secondly set out in it, the following:

“3.The Bailiwick of Jersey.”.
