Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 18th March, 2016.

I, JAN O’SULLIVAN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 28 (2) of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011) and following consultation with the Data Protection Commissioner, hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2016.

2. The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine stands prescribed for the purposes of section 28 (1) of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011).
