S.I. No. 206/2016 - Workplace Relations Act 2015 (Section 37) (Commencement) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd May, 2016.

The Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1(2) (amended by section 20 (1)(a) of the National Minimum Wage (Low Pay Commission) Act 2015 (No. 22 of 2015)) of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 (No. 16 of 2015), hereby makes the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Workplace Relations Act 2015 (Section 37) (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 1st day of May 2016 is appointed as the day upon which section 37 of the Workplace Relations Act 2015 (No. 16 of 2015) shall come into operation.
