S.I. No. 223/2016 - National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (Section 21) (Prescribed Period) Regulations 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 6th May, 2016.

The Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 4 and 21 of the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (No. 47 of 2012), hereby makes the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (Section 21) (Prescribed Period) Regulations 2016.

2. An application for retrospective vetting disclosure under section 21 of the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (No. 47 of 2012) shall be made not later than 31 December 2017.
