Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 15th July, 2016.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (No. 5 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 1st day of January 2017 is appointed as the day on which Part 4 of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (No. 5 of 2015) comes into operation.
