Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (2) of the Commission of Investigation (Irish Bank Resolution Corporation) Act 2016 (No. 10 of 2016), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Commission of Investigation (Irish Bank Resolution Corporation) Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 1st day of August 2016 is appointed as the day on which the Commission of Investigation (Irish Bank Resolution Corporation) Act 2016 (No.10 of 2016) shall come into operation.
