S.I. No. 504/2016 - Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th October, 2016.

I, MARY MITCHELL O’CONNOR, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2016 (No. 1 of 2016), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 1st day of October 2016 is appointed as the day on which the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2016 (No. 1 of 2016), insofar as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.
